Tim Spence – Founder, TS Consulting
With over 23 years of experience in the software industry, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of customer-facing roles, from front-line support engineering to senior leadership positions in Customer Success, Support, and Professional/Implementation Services.
I’ve built support and success functions from the ground up at high-growth startups, and led international teams in the largest multinational businesses. Alongside day-to-day operational leadership, I’ve also spearheaded major transformation initiatives, including carve-out projects during company acquisitions and divestitures, where entire support and customer success functions had to be re-established independently.
I understand the challenges of scaling, restructuring, and delivering great customer experiences in fast-changing environments. My approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and focused on meaningful outcomes, whether that’s improving CSAT, reducing time-to-resolution, optimising tooling, or enabling your teams to work smarter.
